I'm a Freelance Social Media Marketing Manager, content creator and founder of Lightning Bolt Social Media Marketing. I specialise in the niche of Food & Beverage, working with passionate entrepreneurs and driven business owners who are in need of a helping hand with their Social Media Marketing.
Social Media is not just about advertising to increase sales and grow your business, well at least it shouldn’t be anyway. It’s all about creating a professional, credible, and trustworthy brand image - allowing your audience to identify with your company ethos and also understand the personality behind your brand. People will feel a great deal more inclined to interact with you knowing that your values align with theirs. So, it’s important you give this plenty of time and effort to portray you and your brand in the most appropriate manner.
My purpose as a Social Media Manager is to give your business the best possible chance of standing out from the crowd. At the outset we will agree a plan to target your specific goals and requirements. This will include establishing benchmarks so we can mutually review how Social Media Marketing is working for your business and ultimately aiding you in measuring your return on investment.

So, a bit about me...
Having always had a passion for Social Media and the way in which it can impact and transform small enterprises, I was inspired to establish my own business within the field too, so I did just that! Having completed full time education, I set about creating ‘Lighting Bolt’, my very own dream brand in Freelance Social Media Marketing Management.
The past year has been spent researching, developing, and planning the launch of ‘Lightning Bolt’, however parallel to this, I have additionally worked full time in the Food & Beverage/Hospitality industry and have done since 2018.
This experience has enabled me to view the hospitality world from within and see the MASSIVE amounts of potential many businesses are missing out on, without having a clue! I've seen so many quality business owners who just aren't optimising their use of social media to the max, or sometimes not at all. It quickly became apparent to me that many entrepreneurs just don’t have the time (or know-how) to tap into Social Media for their business development.
There's so much more to think about in maximising your full business potential via your online presence. It's truly not as easy as sticking a few posts on your profile whenever you get a spare minute or two!
So, this is exactly where I come in. I take that pressure away from you... we each focus on doing what we excel at... and your business reaps the benefits!
